■ Detection of flames and human bodies is possible with this one device! This outdoor flame sensor integrates a flame sensor that detects ultraviolet rays contained in flames and a passive infrared human presence sensor that detects far-infrared rays (body temperature) emitted from the human body. By using AND detection of "ultraviolet rays (flame)" and "far-infrared rays (human body)," reliable arson monitoring is possible in outdoor environments where various sources of ultraviolet rays exist. ■ Two operating modes can be selected according to the application The operating modes can be set to [AND operation] and [individual operation]. Additionally, it is equipped with two detection outputs (Detection Output 1, Detection Output 2). 【AND Operation】 This mode outputs when both flames and human bodies are detected. After detecting either flames or a human body, it will output if the other is detected within the set AND confirmation time (10 seconds/60 seconds/10 minutes). It will also output if flames are continuously detected for the set time (30 seconds/60 seconds). ● Operating Specifications AND Detection = Output from Detection Output 2 Continuous Flame Detection = Output from Detection Output 1 If flames are detected again within the AND confirmation time after AND detection, Detection Output 1 will also operate.
